Country house located in a very quiet area in San Guistino overlooking the green Umbria hills.
The 505 sq.m farmhouse has been careful renovated and the older part of the building boasts many original rustic features such as stone walls, wooden beams, terracotta floors, brick arches, original fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and Longabardic tower dating back to the 7th century. There are some ruins still to be restored. It is currently divided into two sections with a total of 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms and further renovations would create further rooms. Each section are totally independent of each other with some shared common areas including the entrance hall, living room and cellar that is used as a yoga and meditation room.
In addition to the farmhouse, the property includes 3 ruined buildings. A country house with a missing roof, a small stone house and an agricultural outbuilding with only 2 walls still standing.
The buildings are set on 4 hectare plot of mostly woodlands providing excellent privacy and quiet. There is also a flat clearing suitable to keep horses if one wanted to and a small orchard growing herbs and vegetables.
