Vineyard property located in the heart of Chianti Classico, not far from Castellina in Chianti.
The 80 hectare estate includes a manorial villa and Agriturismo. The buildings currently offers a total of 18 bedrooms and future restorations of the few outbuildings could increase this number of bedrooms.
The main house is the manorial villa which is a prestigious historic building, enlarged and embellished in the late 19th century, that was originally the heart of the farm. It comprises 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Right in front of the villa is the old orangery, rectangular in shape, whose roof houses a spacious terrace. A short distance from the villa is the beautiful infinity swimming pool with a paved sunbathing area offering a unique view over the Chianti hills.
The wine cellar is a rustic building distributed over 4 floors including 2 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, vat room, bottling line and a basement with a cellar and storage room. The cellar is in excellent condition and currently produces 20,000 bottles of wine per year, with a potential for up to 90,000.
The 2 farmhouses were restored in the late 1990's. The first farmhouse comprises 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and a basement with storage rooms and old stables. The second farmhouse was built over the remains of an old watchtower and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Additionally there is a big 6 room agricultural warehouse, 3 ruins to be restored, two old warrens, an aviary, a rainwater well and a canopy with storage room.
The 80 hectare estate is split between the 11 hectares of vineyards, 6 hectares of olive groves with 1500 trees, 24 hectares of arable land and 39 hectares of mixed woodland.
